Shipping Policy:
MuralMax ships all orders at one flat rate regardless of size or weight within the United States.
We constantly offer Free Shipping promotions within the U.S. any select regions.
Once your order is placed we ship within 5 business days and it will arrive within 3 - 5 days from the day it was shipped.
Please provide a valid USPS shipment address for delivery. We deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Return Policy:
To Our Valued Customers, MuralMax takes pride in the quality of our products and our excellent customer service.
In the rare occasion that your order was received damaged do to the shipping carrier or any other reason, please contact us immediately at returns@muralmax.com. Replacement of damaged items will only be given for items packaged in the original packaging. We will need specific details of the damage prior to sending a replacement. All damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving order to be eligible for replacement or credit.
We cannot offer returns on any custom made products being they are personalized.
We do offer returns on any products that are not custom made within 30 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
